Once you place an order on our website, please email us at info@primrosepaperco.com with your attached photos to be included in your scrapbook or a Google photos link to the images. In this email, you can provide as much detail as you want about the photos to allow us to create a complete story from your images. We will then print your photos and craft your scrapbook pages according to the style in your email description. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we will always send you a picture of the product for approval before shipping. Finally, we will ship your pages for you to treasure!

Absolutely! We want to encompass all the details from your life adventures and welcome other items such as newspaper clippings, ticket stubs, and any other memorable tokens. These items can be sent to us as photos, pdf files, etc that we can print on traditional computer paper, or you may mail us your items if you are willing to wait for your final product. Alternatively, you can describe to us what items you would like to include, and we can leave placeholders for you to attach the items when you receive the pages.

Anything and everything! I have designed and crafted numerous scrapbooks of various styles based on the type of story we intend to capture. From fun and whimsical hiking adventures to elegant and loving wedding ceremonies, we can recreate your story in the scrapbook pages.

We can help! We will work with you to gather essential information about the photos to create pages that are consistent with the theme. We can design beautiful pages all with a few words of description or offer suggestions for more detailed descriptions for a more personalized look.

You should allow at least 2 weeks from your order date for your pages to be delivered. After obtaining your photos and understanding your vision for your scrapbook pages, your order should be ready to ship in 2-3 business days. If you have ordered multiple pages or an entire album, please allow a business day per page ordered after receiving your photos and descriptions.

Generally, up to 5 photos can fit on a single page. Depending on your vision for your pages, accommodations can be made to include more, but smaller, photos in your scrapbook.

Yes! We highly encourage you to write out your own description of the events taking place in the photos that we can include in your pages. These descriptions help bring your story to life!
